}Get Workflow Template
Return one catalog template, e.g. /templates/personal-email-enrichment.
Accepts the slug or a uuid, so links minted before slug addressing keep resolving.
A key carrying a namespace (<org_id>:<slug>) is a 404 rather than a redirect:
this route serves the catalog, and an org’s template is not reachable without a
credential — including for an org whose id happens to look like ours.
An internal-only template is a 404, not a 403, so this cannot enumerate them.

Successful Response
One curated workflow template.
Carries the full block graph rather than metadata alone: every consumer of the
list (preview modal, tier gating, search-to-workflow) reads blocks, and the
catalog is small enough that splitting it into a second round-trip per card
would cost more than it saves.
Stable identity across both namespaces: the slug alone for a catalog template, <org_id>:<slug> for one your organization owns. Unique table-wide, so it means the same template for every caller.
global for the curated catalog, org for a template owned by your organization.
global, org Stable identity across environments, matching the catalog filename in WebApp/supabase/templates/. Prefer this over id, which is minted per environment and differs between local, staging, and prod.
The template's block graph, in workflow-builder shape.
Edges between the template's blocks.
True for Sixtyfour-only templates. Only ever true in a response to an internal caller — non-internal callers never see these rows at all.
Block types rendered on the template card, in order.
