Atlas Investigations
People Intelligence runs attier: "xhigh" create or continue an Atlas investigation. The same pricing applies to POST /v1/atlas/investigations and POST /v1/atlas/investigations/{investigation_id}/runs.
max_creditssets the budget for the run, from one unit up to 10 units. It defaults to one unit. Spend scales with the budget: 300 credits on X-High buys 960 turns.- A run with target fields can stop once every field is answered and is charged for the turns it used, at least one unit. Set
relentless: trueto research until the budget is spent. - When a run reaches
max_minutes, it writes up what it found and is charged for the turns it used, rounded up to the next 50 credits.
Email & Phone Discovery
Bulk endpoints charge the same price per item.
Reverse Lookup
Verification
POST /verify-email is not charged when it returns 503. Verify Phone rows skipped because the phone is blank or the name is missing are not charged.
Search
Filter Search, Deep Search, and search exports charge per result returned. A page of 10 results costs 1 credit.AI Agents
Monitors
Monitors bill per row, per check.
Switched-off rows and cancelled monitors incur no charge. Each probe, first check, and re-check is charged only if it runs to completion; a completed probe is still charged when the re-check after it fails. Monitor charges appear in usage logs as
monitor_recheck.

Search Export Limits
The maximum number of results one search can return or export depends on your plan.
API-key requests are capped at 5,000 results unless your organization has a custom limit.

Credit Top-Ups
When you run out of credits before your billing cycle renews, buy a one-time top-up in the billing section of the dashboard. Top-ups are billed at your organization’s top-up rate, shown before you buy. The minimum top-up is $50. Plan credits cost less per credit, so upgrade your plan for ongoing needs.Top-up credits expire 1 year from the date of purchase.

- Filter and deduplicate before enriching so credits go only to records you will use.
- Use professional email mode. Personal email discovery costs 4x more.
- Start with the lowest tier that returns the fields you need;
microandlowcover most high-volume lookups. - Run new workflows on 10–20 records to validate results before scaling.
- Track spend on the Usage & API Logs page, which shows credit consumption by endpoint and over time.
